Pricing Policy

Prices are subject to change without notice. This is due to the occasional price fluctuations given by manufacturers. We reserve the right to make corrections due to typographical errors, product discontinuation, and distributor or manufacturer changes.

Product Warranty

All Product Performance warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. The (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer Warranty applies. 4Yourpool.com shall not be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages. 4Yourpool.com shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of products purchased or given, free of charge, from 4Yourpool.com. 4Yourpool.com assumes no liability for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the improper use of or malfunction of an item sold by 4Yourpool.com. Our liability is limited specifically to the replacement of defective parts or units as provided by the manufacturer's warranty.

Product Returns

All product returns require an RGA number. You must contact 4Yourpool.com by email: returns@4yourpool.com, or by phone: (631)584-2343. No returns will be accepted without an RGA number. Any merchandise received without an RGA number clearly marked on the package will not be processed for credit. All returns must be in resalable "new" condition to qualify for a credit. All returns must have all manuals, documentation, and original packaging (without any new markings or labels). 4Yourpool.com reserves the right to assess supplementary charges for missing items or for unusable items returned in not "new" condition. All returns will be credited to the customer's account. No cash refunds will be made. No returns after 25 days.

Defective Merchandise

4yourpool.com must receive claims for defective merchandise within 5 days. The OEM Original Equipment Manufacturer's policy for replacing or repairing defective products will pertain. Returned defective merchandise is only good for replacement with the same model and product.

Refused Shipments

All shipping charges applicable to customer orders, which are refused or returned at customer's discretion, are the responsibility of the customer placing the original order.

Shipping Policy

All orders over $100.00 will not be assessed a handling charge unless stated differently in product description. Orders under $100.00 will be charged a $6.95 handling fee. A small order fee of $5.00 will be charged to orders of $20.00 or less.
All in stock items will be shipped out via UPS the next day. Most orders delivered within 5-10 days. If we are out of stock on a particular item, you will be notified via e-mail as to an approximate shipping date or product substitution. Substitutions will be of equal or greater value
Certain large, bulky items or hazardous materials will be shipped via common carrier and an additional shipping fee may be required. These items may also be picked up directly from our warehouse.
New York State residents will have an 8.25% sales tax added to their order.

-Standard Plumbing
Installation is 1.5 hours. This is included with the price of the heater.
( Any neccessary or additional heater plumbing will be billed at $75.00 an hour.)
