All product returns require an RGA number.

   You must contact 4Yourpool.com by email: returns@4yourpool.com, or by phone: (631)584-2343. No returns will be accepted without an RGA number. Any merchandise received without an RGA number clearly marked on the package will not be processed for credit. All returns must be in resalable "new" condition to qualify for a credit. All returns must have all manuals, documentation, and original packaging (without any new markings or labels). 4Yourpool.com reserves the right to assess supplementary charges for missing items or for unusable items returned in not "new" condition. All returns will be credited to the customer's account. No cash refunds will be made. No returns after 25 days.
